In our industry, one of the only things that hasn't changed over the past couple of years is pricing. It's impossible to overstate how important revenue is to an agency, so in this moment of flux, it's a good time to examine if you could be doing things better.

Could you be making more money by adopting a pricing model that better reflects the value you bring to a client relationship?

In our next Wednesday Webinar, Kathryn Williams, Managing Director of KMint, will explore a variety of alternative remuneration options, with a focus on value rather than time.

Kathryn Williams is an internationally experienced business and financial consultant, mentor, workshop facilitator and keynote speaker. She liaises closely with industry councils as well as a multitude of agencies, and is involved in benchmark studies.

Kathryn will discuss the art of pricing, how to define your value proposition and more.

So, if you’d like to increase your revenues this year – register now:

2022 has had a successful start for thenetworkone, which we see as a reflection of the global independent agency sector.

Agencies are very busy at the moment and have been winning new clients, as well as taking on extra assignments from existing ones. As a result, several new agencies have decided to join thenetworkone in order to support their new clients – and themselves – with a network of top-class independent agency partners.

We were delighted to welcome a total of 9 new member agencies in January, from 8 different markets:

The Award your CLIENTS really want to win

https://mcusercontent.com/97cfd5fc8220d419ec09952be/images/7e8539cd-b92e-35bd-8a38-6bf45bb85773.gif

Let’s face it: most of the awards we all think about, are for agencies.

But there’s one awards contest which is specifically for CMO’s and their marketing teams: The Marketing Society Awards.

Entries are welcome from any country in the world and you don’t have to be a member of the Marketing Society to participate.

The judges are all top marketing clients and the winners get huge prestige within their own industry. So if you want to be heroes…

Why not help your clients to win?

Because everyone knows, the best entries are written by the agencies. And we’re going to help you.

We’ve arranged for the Marketing Society to offer an exclusive online seminar for independent agencies, free of charge, on how to win a Marketing Society Award.

This is not about cheating or bribing the judges!! But there is a way to choose the campaigns most likely to win – and write entries that tick the right boxes for the judges.

We will be mailing you very soon with details, but please, register your interest now – and let us know which members of your team to invite - by emailing stephanie.fox@thenetworkone.com.

As a marketer, it's likely that 'relevance' is an important goal. Maybe you've even asked yourself how relevant your work really is?

But being relevant in the hurly burly world of a pandemic, the digital onslaught and hectic levels of customer expectation isn't easy!

The IMC Conference believe that relevance is marketing’s new mantra. The acid test and benchmark for whatever you put out there. Irrespective of whether you are a multi-national corporation or a one-person agency operating from your kitchen.

On the 29th July, they plan on unpacking and interrogating relevance in a virtual conference that's relevant to everyone in the business of communication.

thenetworkone is pleased to congratulate our President, Julian Boulding, on his official welcome as a Honorary Treasurer, Liveryman and Member of Court at the Worshipful Company of Marketors in the City of London.

The Marketors are a modern Livery Company, 90th in order of precedence. They are part of a tradition stretching back to the fourteenth century, embodied by historic companies like the Mercers, Grocers, Drapers, Fishmongers and Goldsmiths, who upheld the standards of their respective professions.

In the photo, Julian receives his certificate from the Master Marketor, John Farrell. The Ceremony took place at the Mansion House – the official residence of the Lord Mayor of London, who was also present on the night.

Returning to the office (or not, as the case may be) is a pertinent topic for agencies in 2022.

Aurora, the leading marketing and communications business magazine in Pakistan, has just published an article by thenetworkone's Julian Boulding on this relevant topic.

Julian suggests that agencies debating on resuming in-office work vs remote working may want to remember that the answer lies in their client’s office - read on here.
